Meet Keren Jefferson @_fit2flygirl our Single Moms Doing Business Highlight.

“I’m 45-year-old International Health & Wellness Entrepreneur based in Columbus, Ohio. I own a healthy café @aligned.columbus, have three wonderful sons and an active 2-year-old grandson.

My passion for health and wellness started in 2019 after I dealt with some personal health issues. After being hospitalized without receiving a true diagnosis, I turned to holistic medical care.

Through this journey, I discovered that poor nutrition was the root cause of my health issues. Adding nutrition that gives the body the recommended daily allowance of vitamins and nutrients changed my life. Now, I’m committed to helping others worldwide live healthy, well, and whole, mind, body, heart, and soul.

Working with Neferteri Plessy since 2021 has been an incredible experience. Her expertise has helped my business grow in so many ways. Neferteri has been there through every challenge, change, and phase of growth to ensure maximum success.

3 tips I’d like to share for the working mom and mompreneur such as myself who are looking to stay fit and healthy.

1. WAKE UP: Start your day an hour earlier than normal. This gives you time to yourself before you start your day. Make you needs a priority.

2. HYDRATE: So many times we jump into our “Mommy Do List” and forget to hydrate with water. Drinking water helps us correct our low energy levels.

3. EAT: Be sure to have proper nutrition throughout the day. High protein snacks, dark green salads, etc. helps regulate our iron levels while feeding our muscles. Keeping the daily fatigue away is the ultimate reward.
